I started this because I got tired of recommendation content that felt like it was written by a search engine. Everything here has been part of my daily life. If I write about it, it's because it earned its place.

About Maru
Maru is my dog, and she has her own tab on this site, which tells you everything you need to know about how central she is to daily life. She's sensitive, opinionated about sounds, and the reason I spent three weeks finding a nail grinder that wouldn't stress her out.
